Our story
My journey into textiles and innovation began in my childhood – I am the third generation of tailors in my family. My great-grandfather was a tailor, and my father handmade jeans for friends. I continued this tradition by attending a textile school in Kranj, a small industrial town in Slovenia known for producing denim fabrics for world-renowned brands such as Diesel.
At just 17 years old, I founded the brand Gipsy & Clown, which quickly became recognized both at home and abroad.
Our biggest breakthrough came with an invitation to ISPO Munich, where we secured an impressive 2nd place among the most innovative companies.
In my career, I have been dedicated to pushing the boundaries of textile innovation. My key achievements include:

✅ Fashion Week Ljubljana – showcasing my designs
✅ The last formally trained tailor in Europe – preserving and developing traditional craftsmanship
✅ 3 very successful Kickstarter projects in the textile industry
✅ Several successful Kickstarter campaigns across various fields
